• Preferences and notes, consent for photos
• Visit log: date, service, formula, notes, price

What works in practice

• Write the whole formula. Shade, mix ratio, developer and processing time. It is the only way to get the same colour next time.
• Sum up the result in one line. "Roots too warm", "lengths spot on" – next time you know what to adjust.
• A photo beats "the usual". With consent, one photo after the cut settles it.
