Mobies, kullanıcı gizliliğine saygı gösterecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır: işletme verileriniz cihazınızda kalır. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verilere eriştiğini ve bunlarla ne yaptığını açıkça anlatır.

Topladığımız Veriler

Hiçbiri. Müşteri bilgileri, randevular, veresiye kayıtları, gelir-gider, stok, notlar ve işletme ayarları dâhil girdiğiniz tüm veriler yalnızca cihazınızın yerel deposunda tutulur. Bu veriler bize veya üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez.

Cihaz İzinleri ve Ne İçin Kullanıldıkları

Mikrofon ve Konuşma Tanıma

Sesli komutla kayıt eklemek istediğinizde mikrofon kullanılır. Konuşma, cihaz üstünde yazıya çevrilir (on-device recognition); ses kaydı sunuculara gönderilmez, saklanmaz ve tarafımızca hiçbir şekilde erişilmez. Cihazınız ilgili dil için cihaz üstü tanımayı desteklemiyorsa uygulama bu özelliği kapatır ve sizi uyarır — sessizce sunucuya geçmez.

Not: Cihaz üstü tanıma zorunluluğu 1.5.0 sürümüyle gelmiştir. Daha eski sürümlerde konuşma verisi, işletim sisteminin konuşma tanıma servisine iletilebiliyordu. Bu nedenle güncel sürümü kullanmanızı öneririz.

Fotoğraflar ve Kamera

İşletme logonuzu eklemek için fotoğraf kütüphanenize erişim istenebilir. Seçtiğiniz görsel yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; hiçbir yere yüklenmez. Kütüphanenizin geri kalanına erişmeyiz.

Face ID / Touch ID

Kasa (güvenli not) bölümünü kilitlemek için biyometrik doğrulama kullanılabilir. Biyometrik verileriniz Apple'ın güvenli donanımında işlenir; uygulama yalnızca "doğrulandı / doğrulanmadı" sonucunu görür, biyometrik veriye erişimi yoktur.

Bildirimler

Randevu hatırlatmaları ve benzeri uyarılar yerel bildirim olarak cihazınızda oluşturulur. Push bildirim sunucusu kullanmıyoruz; bildirim göndermek için sizi bir sunucuda kaydetmiyoruz.

Takvim

Uygulama cihazınızın takvimini okumaz veya değiştirmez. Randevularınız uygulamanın kendi takviminde tutulur. İsterseniz bir randevuyu .ics dosyası olarak dışa aktarıp kendi takviminize elle ekleyebilirsiniz.

Verinin Cihazdan Çıktığı Tek Durum: Dışa Aktarma ve Paylaşım

Uygulama; PDF fatura, CSV/JSON yedek, ekstre, gün sonu kartı ve WhatsApp mesajı gibi çıktılar üretebilir. Bu çıktılar cihazınızda oluşturulur ve ancak siz paylaş dediğinizde seçtiğiniz uygulamaya (WhatsApp, e-posta, Dosyalar, bulut depolama vb.) aktarılır.

Bu noktadan sonra veri, gönderdiğiniz uygulamanın ve alıcının kontrolündedir; söz konusu hizmetlerin gizlilik politikaları geçerli olur. Bu paylaşımı biz başlatmayız ve içeriğine erişemeyiz.

Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Uygulama analitik, reklam, çökme raporlama veya kullanıcı izleme hizmeti kullanmaz. Reklam kimliği okunmaz, çerez kullanılmaz.

Tek istisna teknik bir ayrıntıdır: uygulama, geliştirici tarafından etkinleştirilmişse duyuru/kampanya metnini içeren bir yapılandırma dosyasını okuyabilir. Bu istek yalnızca okuma amaçlıdır, hiçbir kullanıcı verisi göndermez ve kapalıysa hiç yapılmaz.

Apple Tarafından Toplanan Veriler

Uygulama App Store üzerinden dağıtıldığı için Apple Inc., kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında çökme raporları, indirme istatistikleri ve abonelik işlemleri gibi teknik verileri toplayabilir. Bu veriler Apple tarafından işlenir ve bizim kontrolümüzde değildir. Abonelik ödemeleri de tamamen Apple tarafından yürütülür; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız.

Müşterilerinize Ait Veriler

Uygulamaya müşterilerinizin adı, telefonu veya borç bilgisi gibi kişisel verileri girerseniz, bu verilerin veri sorumlusu sizsiniz; biz veri işleyen sıfatıyla dahi bu verilere erişmiyoruz çünkü veriler bize hiç ulaşmıyor. İlgili kişileri bilgilendirme ve hukuki dayanağı sağlama yükümlülüğü size aittir.

Veri Saklama ve Silme

Verileriniz siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. Tek tek kayıtları uygulama içinden silebilir; tüm verileri uygulamayı kaldırarak kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Bizde bir kopya bulunmadığından, silinen veriler tarafımızdan geri getirilemez.

Çocukların Gizliliği

Mobies bir işletme uygulamasıdır ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki kişilerden veri toplamayız — esasen hiç kimseden veri toplamıyoruz.

Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)

Sunucularımızda kişisel veriniz bulunmadığından, erişim, düzeltme, silme veya taşınabilirlik haklarının uygulanacağı sunucu tarafında bir veri yoktur:

• Erişim ve taşınabilirlik: Tüm verilerinizi uygulama içinden CSV/JSON olarak dışa aktarabilirsiniz.
• Düzeltme: Kayıtları uygulama içinden düzenleyebilirsiniz.
• Silme: Uygulamayı kaldırmak tüm verileri kalıcı olarak siler.

Privacy Policy — Mobies

Mobies is built to respect your privacy in a very literal way: your business data stays on your device. This policy sets out exactly what the app can access and what it does with it.

In Short

• No account required. We do not ask for your email, phone number or name.
• None of the business data you enter reaches us. We do not run servers that store it.
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking software.
• The app works without an internet connection.
• Data leaves your device only when you export or share it.

Data We Collect

None. Everything you enter — customer details, appointments, credit records, income and expenses, stock, notes and business settings — is held only in your device's local storage. It is never sent to us or to any third party.

Device Permissions and What They Are For

Microphone and Speech Recognition

The microphone is used when you choose to add an entry by voice. Speech is transcribed on the device (on-device recognition); audio is not sent to any server, is not stored, and is never accessible to us. If your device does not support on-device recognition for the selected language, the app disables the feature and tells you — it does not silently fall back to a server.

Note: mandatory on-device recognition was introduced in version 1.5.0. In earlier versions speech could be passed to the operating system's speech recognition service. We recommend keeping the app up to date.

Photos and Camera

Access to your photo library may be requested so you can add your business logo. The image you pick is stored only on your device and is never uploaded. We do not access the rest of your library.

Face ID / Touch ID

Biometric authentication can be used to lock the secure vault. Biometric data is processed in Apple's secure hardware; the app only receives a "succeeded / failed" result and has no access to the biometric data itself.

Notifications

Appointment reminders and similar alerts are created on your device as local notifications. We do not use a push notification server and do not register you on any server to deliver them.

Calendar

The app does not read or modify your device calendar. Your appointments live in the app's own calendar. If you wish, you can export an appointment as an .ics file and add it to your own calendar manually.

The Only Time Data Leaves Your Device: Export and Sharing

The app can produce PDF invoices, CSV/JSON backups, statements, day-close cards and WhatsApp messages. These are generated on your device and are transferred only when you choose to share them, to the destination you select (WhatsApp, email, Files, cloud storage and so on).

From that point the data is under the control of the receiving app and recipient, and their privacy policies apply. We neither initiate that sharing nor have access to its content.

Third-Party Services

The app uses no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or user-tracking services. It does not read the advertising identifier and does not use cookies.

There is one technical exception: if enabled by the developer, the app may read a configuration file containing announcement or promotion text. This request is read-only, sends no user data whatsoever, and is not made at all when the feature is disabled.

Data Collected by Apple

Because the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple Inc. may collect technical data such as crash reports, download statistics and subscription transactions under its own privacy policy. That data is processed by Apple and is outside our control. Subscription payments are handled entirely by Apple; we never see or store your payment details.

Your Customers' Data

If you enter personal data about your customers (name, phone number, outstanding balance and so on), you are the data controller for that data. We are not even a data processor for it, because it never reaches us. Informing those individuals and establishing a lawful basis for processing is your responsibility.

Retention and Deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete individual records inside the app, and you can permanently delete everything by uninstalling the app. Because we hold no copy, deleted data cannot be restored by us.

Children's Privacy

Mobies is a business app and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 — in fact we do not collect data from anyone.

Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Because we hold no personal data on any server, there is no server-side data to which access, rectification, erasure or portability rights would apply:

• Access and portability: export all of your data as CSV/JSON from within the app.
• Rectification: edit records directly in the app.
• Erasure: uninstalling the app permanently deletes everything.
