• Client, garment, order date, fitting and collection date
• Upper body: chest, waist, hips, shoulders, sleeve length, neck and more

What works in practice

• Measure in the same order every time. You miss less, and orders are easier to compare.
• Note the unit and the ease. "96 cm, +4 ease" saves the question at the fitting.
• Date the sheet. Measurements change. A date tells you straight away if they still hold.
